Application and recruitment process
Apply sooner rather than later! Submit your application November 17th at the latest but please note that selection will be running continuously. Please attach your CV and a cover letter containing a short description (in English, 200 words maximum) of why you are the right candidate for this program.
Along with your application, you’ll be asked a few short questions. If you reach the next step, within a few days you’ll receive a link to our recruitment assessments. We use assessments early in the process because they help us measure and find potential in a non-bias, inclusive and objective way. If we turn out to be a good match for one another, we will get access to your application and go forward with several candidates for a digital, competency-based interview (which will be held in Norwegian). We plan to conduct interviews week 47 and 48.
